An enterprise maintenance analytics platform that helps mining teams investigate fleet health and turn operational data into useful answers.

My work sits between the user, the product, and the system.

I start with the decision someone needs to make and the workflow around it. From there, I translate research into requirements, design usable agent interactions, and collaborate closely on APIs, retrieval, tool calling, and testable outputs.

Alongside product work, I build communities that keep me close to founders, developers, and emerging technology. That feedback loop helps me see what people actually adopt, not only what is technically possible.
